A submitted application must be reviewed and approved by the Georgetown Township Building & Zoning Department prior to carrying out the requested use, occupying, operating or using the structure.

By using the paper clip icon on the left side of the screen, you can attach electronic files of your drawing or site plan and any accompanying documents that may help facilitate our staff's review of your application. (Note: There is a 250MB limit on each attachment.)

Once your application is submitted, it will be sent to the Georgetown Township Building & Zoning Department.
Georgetown Township staff will ensure completeness of your application and reach out to you to collect the appropriate application fee outlined below:
- Residential Temporary/Seasonal Use: $25.00
- Commercial or Industrial Temporary/Seasonal Use: $50.00
- Transient Merchant: $50.00 Deposit + $50.00 Per Person
