This Request to Rescind Principal Residence Exemption is for TWO OWNERS. It requires two e-signatures.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please complete the Rescind entirely.

Upon completion, the first signer may enter their electronic signature.

The first signer will be prompted to enter the name and email of the co-signer, who will then receive an email asking them to sign the Rescind.

Once the co-signer submits the form, it will be sent to the Georgetown Assessor's Office.
