METRONET COMPLAINTS:


Metronet has provided the Township with their customer complaint line to call for yard damage and other complaints about their fiber internet installation process.

The number is: 1-877-386-3876.


The phone line can be called 8am - 5pm for complaints. Their response time is typically within 24 hours of your complaint, and their goal is to have your complaint resolved within 8 days.

Metronet has also provided the Township with an online contact form for complaints which allows you to upload pictures as well.


If you have already reached out to Metronet and had no results, please continue to fill out the township's complaint form.
