The following Principal Residence Exemption (PRE) is for Joint Owners/Co-Owners (such as married couples) who are both filing for Principal Residence.

If you do not have a co-owner, click here to fill out the the single owner PRE.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please complete the PRE entirely.

Upon completion, the first signer may enter their electronic signature.

The first signer will be prompted to enter the name and email of the co-signer, who will then receive an email asking them to sign the PRE.

Once the co-signer submits the form, it will be sent to the Georgetown Assessor's Office.
